Since I have been in Florida, I can easily grow plant outside of my home and inside as well. I love to have life around me in form of plants because it has so many health benefits in terms of fresh purified air and mood booster by it’s appearances.
Since i am living in apartment, there is very little space for my plants but some how I have managed it. I also loves to grow some vegetable plant which are in my balcony and there are some indoor plants as well.
1 – Golden patho
It also known as devil’s vine or devil’s ivy because its impossible to kill and it stays green if there is low sunlight. it is attractive and easy to grow. It also known as ‘Money plan’ in India. There is believed that money plant brings prosperity and wealth in house according to Vastu Shastra.
It energizes the home by purifying air and high oxygen flow.
2 – Aleo Vera
With the indoor Aloe Vera, you have instant medication for burn and scraps. You can plant them indoor and outside as well. It impossible to die because it belongs to cactus family.
It has anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial property which is good for indoor air. Aloe Vera absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen at night, it’s nice to having this plant in bedroom. It helps to keep your home free from benzene which is commonly found in paint and certain chemical clearance.
3 – Fenugreek plant
Fenugreek plant is easy to grow in sallow pot. It is herb. And it’s conception is very beneficial. Usually, we make flat bread and curry out of it. Fenugreek leaves are ancient spices uses for flavoring the dishes.
Mostly, people don’t like to consume it because of it’s bitter taste and aroma as well, but once you add into your recipe, the bitter taste hard to find. You can consume it as green leaves, dried leaves and seeds itself.
It has so many health benefits, like.
