Health benefits of usage of copper utensils

Copper, a trace mineral found in all plants and animal tissues, is essential for forming red blood cells.

According to Ayurveda water, stored in a copper vessel can balance all there Doshas in the body (Vata, Kapha, and Pitta) and it does by positive charging the water. Water stored in copper vessels know as Tamra jal. And suppose to be consumed after storing water about 6-8 hours in copper vessel.

           Copper helps in digestion related problems such as flatulence, acidity, and indigestion. Copper has property that helps in kill the bacteria and reduce inflammation within the stomach and making it a great remedy for ulcer.

           Copper is known for its amazing properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral. It is great for healing wounds quickly. Copper is helpful in healing wounds within the body, especially in the stomach.

             copper is known to be oligodynamic and can destroy bacteria very effectively. It especially effective to E-coli and S. aureus- these two bacteria are mostly found in water-borne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, and jaundice.
